The Process

  • Once we receive a job specification from a client one of our consultants at Phillips Career Solutions Ltd will review it immediately and direct any questions to the Hiring Manager/HR Department.
  • We will interview every suitable candidate giving them a full corporate brief of your company together with details of the job specification.
  • On receiving the candidates permission we will then submit their cv for the role.
  • We will co-ordinate the interviews, aptitude/dexterity tests and medicals .
  • We will advise and negotiate on your behalf when offer stage is reached.
  • We will conduct reference checks and other details you require.
