Phillips Career Solutions offer week to week and short term temporary placements

If candidates are interested in securing temping/short term contracts Phillips Careers Solutions will provide the following:

  • Holidaypay entitlement- 8% of basic hours worked
  • Bank holiday pay – where you have worked 40 hours in the preceeding 5 weeks

What we require:

  • Bank details – Name, Address, Account Number, Sort code
  • Current postal address and working email address
  • Copy of full medical card if applicable- medical card holders are not liable for USC charges
  • Recent P45 – If you do not have a current P45, we will apply to the tax office for a new tax deduction card on your behalf
  • Our Employer Registration Number  639 605 2K

Temporary Assignments

Once a candidate had been successful in securing a temporary assignment you will receive a contract of employment detailing the following:


Hours and place of work

Rate of pay

Annual Leave / Sick Leave

Health & Safety

If you cannot undertake an assignment or will be absent during your assignment  please inform Phillips Career Solutions as soon as possible


  • Please ensure that your Timesheets are written clearly  with all sections completed.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure timesheets are signed by the relevant supervisor in your company and have the company name, address and week ending date.  We cannot process unsigned or incomplete timesheets.
  • Phillips Career Solutions  will electronically  pay you  each  Friday a week in arrears provided accurate timesheets are submitted to us no later than Monday by 0930am.
