On receipt of your CV a consultant will review it and contact you for further details and to arrange an initial interview.

If a suitable vacancy becomes available you will be contacted and your permission sought to submit your CV for the position.

We will provide you with the name and location of the company, a corporate portfolio, and a full job description if available.  You will be informed immediately if you have been selected for interview.

At this point you will be invited to meet a Phillips Career Solutions consultant who will conduct role playing and interview techniques.  If you are successful in securing the position, you will be contacted immediately to arrange medical and reference checks.  For all unsuccessful candidates you will be contacted with comprehensive feedback where possible.
